Fabulous customer service is rare but you will receive it with this team. I’ve used this business a number of times and will continue to do so in future. My car was due for MOT and a service when I came down with covid. To assist me and relieve my stress they arranged everything, collected the car, sourced parts and returned to me. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Not had the best experience here. My car had a split brake servo hose. They charged me £50 to fix it. I assumed a new hose but when I went home it was the same hose and it had just been patched up, so I basically paid 50 quid for 5 minutes labour. It broke again within 2 days. Took the car back and said I was not happy as its broken again. They said they would fix it with a new part. I said I'm not paying as you did a poor job last time so instead they made me pay 25 pounds for the part. Came back the same day to collect my car and my brake pedal was rock solid. Like trying to push my foot through a concrete floor. It obviously had not been test driven. It was incredibly dangerous. For me to actually be able to stop I had to fully try to stand on my brake pedal and even my body weight could just about push it down the slightest. Only reason I didn't say when I pick it up is because I thought it would loosen up. I was very wrong. Took the car back after a few days and they did fix the pedal for free. Seems a bit of a shady garage considering I had to go back three times. Should have gone to a service centre or something instead.

Honest. Our exhaust snapped off on the motorway and we called the garage, told them where we were and what had happened. We were in a panic to get it fixed and expected a steep bill because of our circumstances. They fixed the exhaust and we were back on the road for our holiday within 2 hours with a fraction of the price of what we were expecting. Very grateful, good people, thank you
