Don’t bother buying anything from there. Brought a £500 king size bed. Waited up to 2 weeks to come to be sent back the same day as it didn’t fit up the stairs plus forgot the head board. Said they would ring the same day didn’t. When I went to get the full refund the manger was very rude and basically look like he couldn’t care less. Avoid!

Excellent service at the bearwood branch very helpful always shop for furniture at levines and they always offer the best price possible good quality had a sofa last year 2 beds mattresses and today ordered another bed and they only ask for a liitle deposit and hold your goods as long you need

It's now been five months since I ordered a dream sleep bronze 1500.enough time to leave a honest review.after going into showroom to see which beds were available,knowing that I was after a firm mattress,the salesman was very helpful and recommended the dream bronze.the bed is great,comfortable and perfect for me.great service,bed was delivered the day promised and the person delivering very helpful and pleasant.well done Levine's.
