Chris Partick5 StarThis service was second to none. The system was easy to set up, and my 96 year old aunt did the test call unaided. She found the call handler very friendly and helpful, meaning that she understood everything. Superb service, as I also needed a new set of bolts to secure the key safe after one sheared off. The new set of bolts were with me the next day, couldn't have asked for more. Very impressed with the whole experience.Thursday 21st October 2021
Chris Sterling5 StarAn excellent product. I ordered the Pendant and the Fall Detector and they both arrived the next day. Setting up was easy and the people I spoke to were very helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through everything to ensure that it all worked properly.
Fortunately, my Mother has not had to use it so far but if she did I have no doubt that she will be able to summon help quickly. That is worth the money for peace of mind alone.Saturday 23rd October 2021

Fortunately, she has not needed it for a fall, but there have been a few false alarms where the pendant has rolled off the bed and the communications room has called via the equipment box immediately asking if she was okay or in need of assistance. It's fantastic assurance to know that if anything happens there is assistance and the setting up and customer service has been fantastic.Sunday 31st October 2021

I live on my own and realised that I could have lain on the kitchen floor for ages before someone turned up to rescue me. I've invested in the system and feel so reassured. It's also good for my family and saves them some worry. The service is friendly and efficient and I test it each month. I am very grateful!Thursday 21st October 2021
Jade Currie5 StarI got this for my grandmother who has had a period of ill health and Lifeline24 has put our minds at ease, there have been occasions where my Grandmother has stumbled and the fall detector has triggered immediately and the emergency call centre staff have been in touch straight away to check on her. She hasn't had any serious falls but my mind is at ease incase she does in the future.Thursday 21st October 2021
