Most customers choose Go-Cardless as its hassle free. To save you time and remembering to make payments and eliminate human error updating accounts our end, Go-cardless acts the same way as a Direct debit however money is only called for once your clean has been completed and marked off on our system. You will receive emailed confirmation after each clean that money has been called for and then will leave your account within 5-7 days.
This email can also act as your receipt for your records. It only takes around 2-3 minutes for initial set up then continues automatically thereafter. This is no contract, to stop payments simply let us know you wish to cancel the service and payments will no longer be called for.
Once set up, any outstanding amounts on your cleaning account will be called for automatically so there is no need to make any further bank transfers.

Chris Stiff5 StarLighthouse Property & Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on a neighbour's house last year and their roof still looks amazingly clean so I also used them last week. I am completely satisfied with everything that they have done. Cleaning years of moss and dirt from the roof is a messy job but the guys totally cleaned up, including my neighbour's conservatory, windows and path to leave everything spotless. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who is considering having the roof cleaned, I'm sure that you will not be disappointed.Sunday 25th April 2021

They gave great advice and guidance of what to expect from our roof cleaning services, they suggested options for discounted services if we encouraged our neighbours to consider also getting their roof cleaned. The start difference is amazing, the quality of the equipment used is fantastic and the service was completed to the highest of standards. In the weeks following our roof cleaning, we had neighbours knocking on our door wanting to know who carried out the work so they too, could have a sparkling new roof themselves. Phoned them for a quote, they arrived within the hour, then carried out the work the following day. They cleared my guttering with brushes and a camera attached without using ladders, my UPC window frames have come up a treat and look like new, shame they have just been renewed!
