Andy Hare1 StarI have tried several times today to make an appointment to see someone at this branch.
Each time the receptionist has been busy and the lady on there seems to have no idea on how to manage the situation, even though she can see that a queue has developed.
To rub salt into the wounds I tried again just after 3.30 pm only for one of the staff to point at the sign on the door saying that they close at 3.30.
Surely, given that I had made several attempts to see someone some flexibility could have been given. All I want to do is make an appointment for goodness sake. It should take about a minute to do this.
Furthermore, closing at 3.30 pm???? Other banks in Beeston stay open later than this. Have we returned to the sixties?
I have been told that in the past this has been down to Covid. Fair enough at that time, but we're over a year on and other places have returned to pretty much normal operation so why haven't you?Thursday 17th February 2022
Cipher Tang1 StarWorst branch I’ve ever visited. The lady was unprofessional and more importantly didn’t treat my brother equally. Feels like she didn’t want to help at all and was trying to bounce us back again and again. We made an appointment by the phone, but she bounced us back as soon as we met. In the second time, she asked for some additional documents which were not required (according to the customer in the same queue!). We had to go to a shop to get it printed but she didn’t copy or record any of the documents at all! Such an unpleasant visit, will never go there again!Monday 27th September 2021
