Awful place. Staff are standoffish, like they are doing you a massive favour and that you are an inconvenience. Phone rarely answered. Shut shop early and left after sending me back to GPs and knowing that I would then be coming straight back to them, knowing I have mobility problems. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Always found the pharmacists to be more than helpful and efficient especially when I phone ahead to check on a prescription or have a query.

Went here to get my blood pressure taken as the machine in the GP surgery was broken. Staff shouted to each other as if I wasn’t there asking why the GP won’t do it and if I really need it done after I explained I was told fine but I would have to wait 20 minutes for it even though it was empty. Incredibly rude, go to another pharmacy if possible.

Got stuck in traffic but managed to make it to the pharmacy at 5:55pm. They had the doors locked and refused to let me get my prescription even though they clearly close at 6. Every other time I have been here I get cold responses from the staff and it is a terribly unpleasant place to visit. If you live in the area and have this as your pharmacy, I would highly suggest switching to boots or tescos.
