In particular, a charming, interesting and passionate chap there called Will not only convinced me that the shoes were a great purchase - wife delighted as (therefore) am I - but also restored two 'tired' pairs of 'old' Loake shoes with amazing skill and dexterity. One pair is arguably better than when new. His friendly and conscientious manner has earned Loake a customer for life. A very happy and likely returning customer. After suffering a stain to my Loakes I was given a variety of options to attempt to restore to original look and feel. Will was super knowledgeable, very genuine and a credit to the brand.
