The hottest day of the year so far and Lock Doctor Matt Spenser came out at a moments notice to repair our patio doors! Matt did not waste any time, got straight to work, and very quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Matt is honest, polite, and dependable...I cannot refer him highly enough! We are so delighted to have met him! Our "oven" of a house is now a little bit cooler thanks to him as we can now open the doors to let in a bit of fresh air. Many thanks, Matt. Matt was excellent and knowledgeable! I had some furniture being delivered this week and the only door to fit it all through was locked. I couldn’t find my key to unlock it but Matt took about 5 minutes to assess and install new locks with keys. His work was extremely professional and efficient. He is truly top tier with the best price hands down! Thanks again for the save!

Excellent service. Our job was not urgent but we had a visit from Matt the day after I called. Was very thorough sorting out the problem and really took time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

The friendliest man, arrived in about 10 minutes and got us into our locked house. He was then able to change our lock for us so we dont run into any problems in the future. Very reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommended his services to anyone.
