Tweed mouth5 StarI spoke to Lea, who was very polite and friendly on the phone.
Lea came in a couple of hours to replace the broken lock for me, he also pointed out a lock, we had on another door was not a British standard lock and for insurance purposes was not correct.
I appreciated this advice and have booked him to replace this lock now.
