I observed that the door handles were under rather than over (personal choice for handle type, nothing to do with job quality), so I requested him to come. He was gracious, coming over on my schedule and making the modification in a minute or two. This locksmith  and team are highly recommended.

On a Friday night, as the door closed behind me, my husband said, "Wait, do you have keys?!" in a slightly worried tone. We each naturally imagined the other had remembered this significant turning point in our escape from home... When I texted and called our boss, there was no answer. The locksmith's technician is now the hero! He arrived in fifteen minutes and started working right away!"

I'd give it ten stars if I could. Wow and double wow. When I phoned the locksmith, the technician stated that he did not feel our lock was hard to repair. He repaired it and handed us four new keys. All for a fraction of the other outlandish figures. Excellent customer service with a grin, and we can now use our front door. Priceless.

Excellent qualifications and skills! We got into problems after moving the Yale keyless system to another door. The new technician swiftly arrived and started working to fix the problem whereas the prior technician was unable to find it.
