Paul Bennett1 StarFarrell responded on the Friday night when my boiler was leaking and stopped working. Arrived promptly,was friendly and reduced the leak. Said he will have to come back to me. Spoke on the Monday and he quoted a price for the parts supposedly needed. Arrived Tuesday with a part and replaced but did not fix problem. Then said he knew what the problem was and will be back Wednesday to fix. Stupidly I paid him for what he had done so far. After initial contact on Wednesday morning he then ignored my calls and texts. Managed to find another boiler engineer who immediately told me the boiler was not fixable and that Farrell should not have done any of the work to try to fix it. I think that Farrell is possibly a good plumber but not a boiler engineer. Have reported to trading standards as have since discovered this company is now dissolved and he gladly took my money without fixing the problem. Any efforts to contact him to discuss have been ignored.Thursday 23rd June 2022
Marks Services5 StarGreat service would highly recommend used them on a emergency call out late into night for water cascading through my ceiling caused masses of damage they came out within the hour and found the leak upset bathroom floor which they had to remove toilet and basin to get to they made temporary repair and made safe then came back that morning to replace toilet and basin and repair floor which was done very well indeed!! Since then have had them back to replace my water tanks and hot water cylinders and all that goes with them to make it all work so very pleased with workmanship very friendly and very professional will use again soon to replace my bathroom when I modernise !!!!!Sunday 10th July 2022
Sharold Palmer5 StarHad to call these services out on Easter Saturday as my washing machine flooded my kitchen. Farrell was polite and helpful and had someone come come out within the hour. The lovely friendly Shane appeared and knew what the problem was, said he would need to return and was willing to come back on the Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday to complete the job. Shane returned and fixed the problem and made sure it was fixed properly before leaving. Overall great service,will use them again and recommend to othersMonday 18th April 2022
