Lauren McCormick5 StarI've been using these guys for a few months now and felt I should write a review because they've been so helpful.
The website was easy to use and booking all went fine. The initial collection went smoothly - they arrived on time and were very polite - I was a bit worried they wouldn't be careful enough with some of my breakables, but they were fantastic and really nice too.
Since then I've popped in after work (it's only 5 minutes away from the office) to pick up some things, and also had some things re-delivered to me at the weekend. The guy on the phone (I think he was called Jacob) was great and helped work out which things I wanted delivered and which should stay in the unit - this saved me a trip into town on a Saturday which was very much appreciated!
Thanks so much guys, I will recommend to all my friends with more stuff than space!Monday 11th December 2017
Saira Butt1 StarBEWARE! I paid for a month's storage and pickup. The phone is never answered, the emails have automatic replies, and they advertise office hours and concierge hours that are nonexistent (I went to the 'office.') I am waiting to be refunded.Monday 24th September 2018
