Both Owain and Richard are reliable, prompt and friendly. We had a lot of disruption due to other workmen letting us down when we first moved into our house but M&S still managed to work around this and install a beautiful new bathroom suite from scratch, fix our boiler and the problems with our radiators. Highly recommend this company and we won't use any other plumbers from now on.

Our heating stopped working on New Year’s Eve & we couldn’t find a plumber who was available. Richard was recommended by a friend. He came out at short notice despite being extremely busy. We had a new boiler fitted & installed within days. Richard & his team were reliable, professional, respectful, friendly & tidy. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future. Thank you to Richard for your excellent service. I’m an anxious customer but after receiving good word-of-mouth references and reading the great reviews on here I felt confident enough to contact him. I’m so glad I did as he was prompt to respond and got here quickly… (( this was on a Bank Holiday too)) Richard sourced the required parts and explained exactly what he could do to solve my problem. He completed the repair within a day ((remember it was Bank Holiday)) and did a great job, clearing away afterwards. I’m so relieved and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again in the future. Richard initially responded to a call for a broken down boiler. He was completely honest that I needed a new boiler and unfortunately new radiators as mine were 35 years old. We arranged to be away on holiday for a week whilst the work was carried out as Richard said the work would be very intrusive. I had no qualms about giving Richard access to my home. He did a wonderful job. The new radiators are so modern and the combi boiler works so well. Richard's prices were very good value. He and his colleague treated my house with care and courtesy despite describing the job as challenging. I have no hesitation whatsoever of recommending him and will definitely be using him for future work
