Carol Shakespeare5 StarBoiler not working re frozen pipes due to weather- no heating or hot water during worst cold snap for years-guys were out in an hour and got heating /water working on temp basis then came back 8.3am next day to sort/lag pipes. David Harrington5 StarWe use them for our annual boiler service etc but recently ran into problems with a blockage in the pipes leading from the boiler. To cut a long story short required diagnostics, remedy, protecting the pipes and then rebooting the whole system.
Took several visits. They were punctual, pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced.

Robert Plant5 StarFrom forgetting to do a review last year for our installation of a new Worcester Bosh boiler 38CDI back in April 2019 and our service done recently we are still happy with how they handled the Covid-19 on keeping a safe distance and putting on over shoes and a mask as well as understanding our concerns with our family, so from me and my family thank you and we look forward to seeing you next year (hopfully without Covid-19), the picture is of our installation of the boiler halfway through in the loft.Wednesday 22nd July 2020
