Reception if very friendly and efficient, and the team is hard-working, they wouldn't hesitate to take longer to perform any further work you would have on the day. I had a list of jobs and nothing was too much for them, even after a few glitches with the replacement of my ancient fuse box (which had never been replaced in the last 30 years at least!)
