Courtney Miller1 StarWish I could give them - stars. Do not order from them. They advertise easy returns!!! That is not the case they aren’t even accepting returns at this time. Then they want to charge you shipping plus a 20% restocking fee! I emailed the company and they yet to answer me, but are bribing me with a dollar to leave a 5 star review! Be careful and don’t get scammed like I did!!
Y’all’s passive aggressiveness toward every situation is really unprofessional. Obviously I don’t expect anything for free and I understand the shipping. What I don’t understand is y’all have not contacted me once and I didn’t just change my mind the costume is terrible so I had to go purchase a different costume from another company. If you check your facts this is the first negative review I have ever done!! So if y’all could work on that thing called costumer service if you ever heard of it!Thursday 21st October 2021
