I really cannot praise the work of Anna and the team at Wolverhampton highly enough. In challenging circumstances, when others might have stood back, they went out of their way to ensure our fragile consignment was safely delivered.

The price of the service for taking items from the auction houses and delivering them is quite costly, but is worth the money. My item was taken from the auction house in time. My recipient couldn't receive the item at once as was absent for a week, so I agreed the terms of delivery and the item was delivered strictly according to the agreement and very well packed (it was a fragile item, so packing appropriately was really important). The on-line support service is very well organized. As I participated in such an auction for the first time I had many questions about the process of taking the item from the auction house and its delivery and the support service answered them all promptly. I definitely recommend this delivery company!

Please, avoid this MBE Wolverhampton location! Not only they have not used proper packaging, which caused damage to the valuable object. They refused to refund the cost of shipping saying that they are not responsible for that. Even after Fedex answered to them that it was their fault for providing insufficient packaging! Unbelievable. I would not give even a single star to such poor and unprofessional service.
