Very poor after sale service, we had the whole house window charged, in last year Xmas we start having problem with one of the window, took them 2 months finally got someone returned our call, they did came out twice to try fix the problem, but the problem still not fixed, been 4 months now problem still not solved, been calling them again and again, seems like getting nowhere, not even returning our calls You got mix up with another customer, the wind noise was coming through from the window, is something to do with the seal, you came fix the middle window once, and noticed the sound was actually coming from the seal on the side window, which you did reseal one side of the window, but the wind sound is still coming through, I understand you have many customers with problems with their window, but we are definitely not the one that with the noise coming from the loft, cause there is another floor above that window, and we do not have a loft in our house

Didn't get an install but my circular conversations with their receptionists, misleading information and lack of ability to speak to anyone was v frustrating. When I offered feedback to an actual team member, they hung up on me. COWBOYS

We were impressed with MWF right from the initial meeting with Danny. No boring sales spiel, just insightful, to the point and gave us a good price. Good communication with Alex who kept us up-to-date with progress and installation dates and most importantly, the windows look superb and were expertly fitted by Mick and Matt. Really pleased and would highly recommend.
