We had only just got to the M6 from Norwich with a twin axle caravan in tow when the dreaded warning light came on, panic stations finding it was to do with the brakes we very carefully drove to Cockermouth but it was too late to ring round garages. The next day we rang a few but all were fully booked up with work for at least 2 weeks & we were due to travel back to home a few days later with our special needs granddaughter who was very good. We rang hoping that we could have our car looked at & worryingly I said I know you are fully booked but do you know anywhere that may be able to help, they very kindly said to bring it in the next day & they won't promise but will take a look. Long story short they did the brakes which was the issue & were brilliant, so thanks guys I would 100% recommend them & was also given advice on another issue. I would use them anytime, many thanks from the lady with the Discovery 4. 👍👍❤️xx

In response to your inadequate and misleading response. I brought my car to you be diagnosed with an issue. You failed to even run a diagnostic check on this.i know this after having returned it to the dealer. I did not tell you to do anything you told me what you had done and the cost... I don't need someone 'guessing' at what is wrong with my car..and as for a poor review I gave you the 1 star that you deserved. Don't like feedback? May I suggest you don't ask for it..dont know how to fix things?...dont own a garage. That sort of advice works both ways. That sort of respo se to a customer is disgusting and shows true colours in my eyes. As for you ordering more parts... that's weird considering I never asked you to. Charged me over 100 for something that didn't need doing and didn't solve the issue
