Bob Fitz5 StarAlan of MML was carrying out work for our neighbour so I asked if he was interested in replacing our kitchen sink and leaky tap. MML help us choose an appropriate double drainer sink and mixer tap that fitted our existing kitchen cupboard layout. A quotation followed by email from the operations customer service and the installation was completed by Alan and his colleague at the end of the next week. We found Marshall McGeever staff most pleasant and helpful. The MML team respected Covid social distancing, were polite, professional, and respected our home. We note that MML are GasSafe registered, and we hope to arrange for them to carry out future works.Monday 11th July 2022
Graham Sharpe1 StarAppalling service and even worse customer relations. Booked a service for my boiler and came home at lunchtime to let them in, then went back to work. When I got back my flat was freezing as the heating wasn’t working and there was no hot water. I called them but it was out of hours and no response. The boiler showed a fault number which I googled and found it meant the boiler wasn’t pressurised. After much research on YouTube and with some apprehension, as I don’t like guessing with gas appliances (that’s why I get someone in!) I risked trying to represurise it myself.
When I complained the next morning, the customer service woman said that it was working when they left, and I had to pay. I don’t see why I should pay for a service for my boiler that was working perfectly in the morning but after their engineer had been, left my flat freezing with no hot water when I came home. Marshall Mcgeever think differently and are taking me to court, so I’ll see them there.Wednesday 2nd February 2022
Emily Simkins5 StarWe were having issues with our shower upon moving into a new property and our Property Managers sent over Alan from Marshall McGeever who was absolutely amazing. He arrived really quickly and went above and beyond to solve the issue, even chasing the super around the grounds to get keys needed to access valves. He fixed the problem really quickly and we are so grateful. All done while also being safe and within the current guidelines. Thank you!Friday 17th April 2020
