We contacted Martyn Gerrard (Kentish Town branch) after hearing good things from friends who had sold/bought with them in the past. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. Communication was particularly great and I could not have asked any more of them. From valuation to viewings there was never any pressure and no pushy "salesman" vibes. 10/10 would recommend for anyone selling, their recommended solicitor is brilliant too.

We had Gregg Cruder showing us around on a dull, grey Saturday. Gregg took time on giving us an honest and pragmatic overview of the properties. He pointed out the positives of the properties but also suggested constructive ways the property could be further improved. He did not gloss over the negatives. We were new to the Mill Hill area so Gregg took the time to give us a quick overview, pointing out areas of interest as we drove from property to property. Gregg is a true professional. He did something that a successful estate agent does well - build trust. We will continue to work with Gregg and Martyn Gerard to find our perfect property.
