Sherine A1 Starlate, rude, they refuse to answer my call after calling to find out why i was given the wrong information. told me they can fit my cooker, then come to my house to say now they can't. wasted time and money travelling to the house for the job for me so am out of pocket. I was even recommended by another trade man to use them. "as they would look after me" I was told. not a good experience from this company
edited: after I was called by another rude man. saying that is engineer told them my cooker wasnt safe without even moving he was there less than 20 sec. this company was told it was second hand and I didn't need a kit for £25 after that was offer. I told the woman on the phone that I only need to get a baynet fitted as I already have the hose connected to the cooker as its coming from one house to the next. she said fine, and the job was booked. you have all calls recorded your the thats lying. you even said their must of been some kind of miscommunication between me and the woman. now your lying and saying I lied, very unprofessionally you say one thing over the phone and now on this review your blaming me for your errors. what she should have done was to ask me since its second hand do you have Manuel.which I told the guy who came I am not sure if I still have it. as I wouldn't know where to find that. he said I can't fit it and left . without no apology. you now said he does not have to apologise as he didn't feel comfortable in fitting it.Tuesday 5th July 2022
oli knight5 StarUsed these guys a couple of times. Super knowledgeable, prompt, the online booking system is actually amazing, slickest use of tech to make the whole process really easy, from enquiry to getting the bill, not like alot of indy trades who never follow up or send quote.
Work was carried to a high standard...I had the guys first and second fix my gas in my new extension and also come a third time to sort out an underfloor heating system after another plumber let me down. Terry worked things around to pop in and was extremely helpful....Tuesday 31st May 2022
