Had a boiler breakdown on the first cold Snowy day of the year. Came out the same day, with a fixed price of 80 quid for call out and service. Once open he found my boiler totally sooted up due to poor adjustment by the previous engineer. Spent 3 hours cleaning and servicing, but wouldn't accept any more money than the original estimate. Fantastic service.
