Ridas Chusenbajev1 StarI had booked an annual boiler service with this company. The engineer only performed gas checks instead of boiler servicing, but told me that service was done and a certificate was provided. After two months, my boiler started making loud noises, vibrating, and leaking water from it. When I contacted this company, they told me that they weren't working and suggested I contact an emergency gas engineer, which I did. After the emergency gas engineer finished, he informed me that the service had not been completed. This caused some parts to become clogged and caused problems with the boiler. Afterwards, I contacted them again and asked for a refund based on what the emergency gas engineer told me. As soon as I asked for a refund, they ignored me. Do not waste your money like I did and use a genuine company instead.Wednesday 28th December 2022
