He has promptly come to our rescue when we have had any plumbing or heating issues, which is so reassuring and we are very thankful of!. Sarah Kick5 StarI contacted Matt at a particularly busy time for him and his team. I had no heating in freezing temperatures and was desperate for help. Matt went out of his way to get round as quickly as he could do quote to install the new boiler/radiator and was able to fit the work in the following week.
The whole team were friendly and very professional. They made a huge effort to ensure the house was tidy before they left. The support after installation and response to questions I had (even when late in the evening) has been exceptional.
