Good afternoon Chris, Many thanks in the very good service your team provide. Very professional and knowledgable in what they did offering alternative fixing recommendations and tidy neat work. I have of course reflected this in your quality form left with me. Amazing service!! Called me back within the hour after the wind destroyed our aerial & satellite dish. Peter was in constant contact on the day of coming to carry out the work to ensure our time out of work was minimal. The work was carried out to a high standard & nothing was too much trouble. Also very reasonably priced so everything was 5*. Will definitely be using media coms for future jobs! These guys are absolutely brilliant. Chris installed CCTV (8 camera system) at my house a couple of years ago, and it’s still working brilliantly. I called them out again to install CCTV at my mother-in-law’s house and his colleague Rob did a fantastic job. Their rates are very reasonable and – even more importantly – they know the software inside out which is critical if you want reliable viewing / playback via mobile devices etc. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have used various different ‘well established’ companies in the past and none compare to these guys. They really know their stuff. If you want a job done properly at a reasonable price, these are your guys. Can’t recommend enough. I had a complicated wiring issue that they sorted in absolutely no time

Chris and Rob from Mediacoms installed my security cameras and my alarms. I am totally impressed with their professional service and the equipment they have used is easily accessible and I can check my cctv live whilst at work via my phone. A professional family run company who clearly have integrity and a fantastic after sales service. I called Chris after my install to see if there was possibly any chance of installing my garden lights and he did and has done an absolutely stellar job. I would give Mediacoms a 10/10 rating for their fantastic service. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Fantastic service by Chris. Came at the beginning of the week to quote and installed by the end of the week. After months of not having a proper WiFi network, we now have full coverage everywhere in the house. Very easy to communicate with Chris and he supported us with anything we have needed. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service - responded quickly to my call, phoned and confirmed time to arrive, arrived on time, checked complete aerial wiring and connections, replaced a few different bits, explained everything he did and gave a couple of additional suggestions in case of future issues, including call him out again. Charged a very fair price. Certainly my go to company for this type of issue
