Came for eyebrow and eyelash lamination tonight. Whole experience was terrible, she had me lying in the middle of the salon and was dealing with several other customers at the same time as me, meaning I was there for over an hour and a half when the service said 1 hr 10 mins. I could also hear another customer complaining about her eyebrows and none of the staff acknowledging her or taking her seriously while I was lying there getting mines done. I asked her not to dye them too dark and keep them natural, because my hair is blonde. My eyebrows are literally black and I’m going on holiday in 2 days. They look horrendous. Worst salon experience of my life

Been there twice and got my appointment via the Treatwell app . Waited there for over an hour mostly because they accept pop in customers.

I wanted to share a terrible experience, I had with their children haircut service. A few days back, I left an enquiry on a mums forum about haircut/ hairdressing services in our area , specifically for my 22 months old son. Staff from this place responded to me in affirmation.Since this was my baby's first official hair cut at a salon , and knowing how pretty scary the whole experience is for children, I wanted to be sure, the environment I am taking my son to, is child friendly and have a nice colourful ambience, the staff being nice and well trained. The lady, whom I called for an appointment re assured me when I expressed my concerns. To my utter dismay, there was no special arrangement for the said purpose and on top of it, the staff , especially the hairdresser herself, was absolutely ill trained, impatient and extremely rude. The first thing that struck me odd, was the fact that there was no one at the reception. The staff who passed by, completely ignored me. I had to approach a staff girl to inform her about my appointment. Neither she nor the hairdresser dropped any hint that they are absolutely not qualified for this. Rather, she made my baby sit in my lap and went straight into cutting his hair. It became a whole nightmare for me when my son(as expected of a child who's having his first haircut at a salon) started to scream that the lady lost it. She started lecturing me about how irresponsible a parent I am that have not taken him to a barber and how this comes under a dad's job and not mine as according to her, I was doing a very lousy job of keeping my child under control. She even had the audacity to leave the haircut in the middle and disappear. I had to call her again to finish what she had started. At this point, she finally confessed that her parlour did not offer hair cut services for babies and she did it as a favour and that she was not charging for it. Many of you would be thinking that atleast she didn't charge me but honestly, it did not bring me any relief or dampen my anger because for a mother, a moment like this holds a sentimental value, which she ruined it with her complete lack of sensitivity and civility. I am in a fix to understand how businesses like this, with the worst possible customer service by displaying a blatant disregard of their customer's feelings, thrive and manage to get registered in the first place.
