Can't recommend this company enough.I can't believe how quick it was done & the end result is amazing.Nothing was too much trouble & all the lads were lovely & so helpful. I have now got an extra 2 bedrooms,a bathroom & a landing & it doesn't feel like a loft at all it just feels like the 3rd floor to my house that has always been there.Its opened up the whole house.The continuation of the extra stair case & the extra light from the windows has made a difference to the hall & landing too.I absolutely love it.Worth every penny.

The whole team where thorough in the every aspect of our loft conversion, from Al the labourer right upto Jay the boss they made sure that we where kept informed and updated on every single part of the project. They even went out of their way to ensure both our neighbouring properties were made aware of what was happening each week and even helped them out of their homes when scaffolding was in the way. They made sure the house was cleaned top to bottom at the end of each day, Michael and Chris where amazing with the joinery work, Lee and Evo did a top quality job on the roof. Going above and beyond all expectations. We would highly recommend the company to anybody thinking of getting a loft conversion.

The commitment to the job, especially during the pandemic, has been awesome and certainly made working from home an experience we’ll never forget. As a lesbian couple, inviting workmen (or women) into your home, can be a daunting prospect, especially when it's your first 'big job'. We can't recommend Jay and the team enough, especially to our LGBT+ Sisters, Brothers and all those in between. We'll absolutely be working with Mersey Developments in the future.

Jay and his team at Mersey Developments are professional, efficient and organised. They are experts at what they do and deliver amazing results. They are kind and compassionate as well as being timely and producing an excellent finished product. All members of the team were polite, friendly and clean. I had been recommended Mersey Developments from a friend as I had the unfortunate experience of a cowboy builder who had left my home ruined and unsafe. Jay worked fast even against his existing tight schedules to ensure my family and I had somewhere to live. Jay and his team restored my faith in tradespeople and gave me the dream home I had waited so long for. I can’t recommend them enough. I don’t know how I’ll ever show my gratitude for the work they corrected under extreme and extraordinary circumstances. Thank you.
