Have used Miguel twice ,once to plumb in a toilet, once to fix central heating issue. On both occassions he turned up on time cracked on and did a very good job for a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend him hes very good.

Called on Friday 9th December at 9am as boiler had stopped working during recent cold snap. Was told that could attend on Monday (12th) afternoon. I agreed. I was asked to send a text to the mobile number I had called with my details, which I did straight away. I did not receive a reply but could see that message had been delivered so thought all ok. I took the day off work on Monday and on Monday morning thought I'd check that all was OK so I sent an email. I got no reply so I called the mobile number that I had originally called and sent the message to. I was told that he would come in the afternoon as agreed but did not know time. I said that's fine. It is now Tuesday morning and still no sign of him. Totally unreliable. I still have a broken boiler, it has not been above 0C outside since it broke and now I have lost 4 days including the day that I took off work so that I could be home. A total waste of time and very unprofessional.

As part of a loft conversion the water tank was removed and a new tank installed.Miquel was skilled and efficient. The problem remains of how to dispose of the large plastic tank. Being elderly it is not possible to take it to the recycling centre. It would be helpful if all waste material was disposed of.

We had MGR Plumbing installed our new boiler. We would highly recommend their service for excellent workmanship they have given to us. The entire process of the installation from the beginning until the end was explained in detail. Very efficient, will definitely be using their service again. Satisfied client in here.👍🏻
