I was booked in for a boiler service this Saturday at 4pm, so when no one showed up by 4.30pm I was told another guy was on his way to repair it at 6pm. 7pm and still no plumber had arrived. Called at 8pm and my call went unanswered. I left a message for someone to call me back and explain what went on but have had no response since which is poor form. I understand that sometimes jobs overrun but it doesn't take much to keep the customer informed of progress and I heard absolutely nothing. I felt so angry and let down, thankfully have found another plumber who is coming to fix it this Tuesday but that is a week wasted where I could have found someone more reliable in the first place.

Extending waste pipe on washer. Installing,leveling and getting it into the right place in my tiny kitchen. Called Mid Sussex Plumbing & Heating in a panic as washer company had left it in the middle of my kitchen and said.."we dont do pipe extensions" even tho I'd paid for installation. Arthur turned up and made it right really quickly. Tidy and efficient, all PPI'd so i felt save.. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. He's in my phonebook now. It's a relief not to have to look for another plumber.
