I have called him out on two separate occasions to fix two separate issues (a leaking overflow tank and a leaking pipe) and been impressed with him both times. Other plumbers had quoted roughly double the price and invented problems that weren’t there. Tom on the other hand was honest and fair in his whole approach, and very pleasant to have in our house.
