LOOKING AFTER BOTH YOUR BODY AND MIND

I've dedicated the last 5 years of my life into finding out how people can make simple, sustainable changes to their lives and fitness. I'm just as interested in creating positive shifts in your Mental wellbeing as I am in getting you fitter.  

I believe everyone deserves to be confident, strong and healthy. So rest assure I will do everything I can for you to help you reach your goals.  

I want you to train where you feel most comfortable. Training will take you out of your comfort zone, but where we train doesn't have too. Whether it's at your home, gym, or in my Studio, we'll make sure the location is right for you.

You don't need to be fit to start. As long as you haven't been told by your doctor that exercise is forbidden, I am extremely confident in training you even if you are a total beginner.

Support and Feedback. Having a trainer means having someone to lean on, swap ideas with, and someone to make the right choices for you and tweak those choices based on your feedback.

I've been working with Greg for around 6 weeks with my main goal being weight loss. For me I found the resistance training was far more enjoyable than cardio, and this is what works best for me. Greg always gives regular updates and great advice on the best way to keep motivated. He also is a massive help with dietary advice and ways to keep focused and eating well. He is such a nice chap, easy to get along with and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

I would absolutely recommend Greg to anyone. The support I get is outstanding, inside the gym and out. I've struggled with my weight for years, I have low self esteem and no confidence, as soon as I step in the gym with Greg I feel like I'm a different woman, like I can do anything. Greg is very positive, understanding and very clear with instructions. I really enjoy working with him. If you're looking for a personal trainer, you will not be disappointed with Greg. 😊

I decided a few weeks ago that I needed to regain my fitness. Greg has been perfect for inspiring and motivating me during our exercise sessions. We do a mixture of boxing, weights, core and stretch work, 2-3 times per week, which has already improved my tone, overall strength and flexibility. Greg is very knowledgeable regarding fitness and nutrition and he is so polite, friendly and professional, with a good sense of humour, that I instantly felt at ease with our routine. I now actually enjoy exercising and feel my self confidence has really improved.

I discovered Gregg from a friend who was getting good results with him. Gregg generously gave me a weeks free trial to see how I’d find it. Within the first 2 weeks I lost 8 lbs. Gregg gives ongoing support via a weekly video/in person chat and written communication throughout the week. He tailors the workouts to your needs and goals and gives ongoing encouragement, information and support. Plus he's a really nice guy. Give him a try. You have nothing to lose except some weight and beliefs that no longer serve you Matt, Somerset
