Catharine Loft1 StarIn my state of emergency after accidentally locking my car keys in the car and having to smash a window, I went to see this man, I was distressed (my mini is my pride and joy), and he was not helpful, infact he was quite rude, told me it was a real expensive job, then informed me I had smashed the wrong window!! Unless it's a job he can fix, the man is not interested, so a very limited capacity for a 'can do' approach, to say I walked away more distressed is an understatement!!AVOID..AVOID..AVOID.Friday 7th October 2022
