Joyce Treasure5 StarI bought a 2nd hand 2011 mac desktop computer around about 2018. I had to service the machine twice. Once due to unfortunately getting a virus, which the owner cleaned and fixed at a very decent cost and 2nd time to power update so that I didn't have to buy a new mac. I'm working from a 2011 model and was unable to update to the latest operating, which Karraf remedied, again at a very reasonable fee, enabling me to update programmes and continue working on a perfectly functioning machine.
