A few days after I bought my Z4, the check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode. I was very stressed as I work away during the week and I rely on my car to travel 150 miles to get there. I called Tom at 8am on a Sunday morning and he came over to my house within an hour! Tom spent a couple of hours looking at the car, running diagnostics and trying to get to the bottom of the problem. His equipment suggested that the problem was the camshaft sensor, which needed to be done in a garage. After leaving, Tom continued to research about the problem, the fault codes and the engine in my car and messaged me lots of really useful and reassuring information. I can’t thank him enough for being so kind and helpful at a time when I was incredibly stressed and worried about my car. It’s lovely to meet somebody who does this mainly out of a passion for cars! Highly recommended!!

I called and Tom arrived in a very short time. I was having heavy battery drain. He went about diagnosing the cause, checking fuses etc. He identified that the SatNav was causing the drain. SatNav was disconnected and I have no more battery drain problem. Tom is a very friendly and efficient engineer. I highly recommend him.

STUNNED! There are literally no words nothing I can say to fully describe how Tom has gone out of his way to get my car running!!! After buying a car and only driving it a couple of times it stalled and we were towed home. Mortified because of my dads ill health and a vehicle being absolutely essential- this car was written off by TWO mechanics who walked away and did not respond to my calls and texts. Devastated is an understatement I started googling for someone to do diagnostics. This was a gamble for me and literally who do you trust?? He came out as soon as possible and kept returning with parts he got for me and to fit a part I had gotten repaired online after he removed it. Tom never failed me and never let me down not once. I actually cannot believe the lengths he’s gone to for a total stranger. He never wrote the car off and stuck it out until he got it started. He has the kindest heart and in my case was heaven sent. I had truly had enough. My car now starts and runs way better than it did when I bought it. I won’t go anywhere else he’s one in a billion. UPDATE: My car is a 2010 Vauxhall corsa 1.3 diesel. Following diagnostics Tom identified the issues with the vehicle were the ECU which Tom was able to remove and it was found to be sitting in water and all drainage holes were blocked and dirty causing the ecu damage. The ecu was sent away for repair and Tom re-fitted the ecu. Also Tom found the other issue was the front 02 sensor and was able to source the part and fit that. So I’m very grateful and highly recommend.
