Olivia May5 StarJamie literally saved us from driving home with the window open during november temperatures, we went away for a work trip in kent and suddenly the passenger window malfunctioned and wouldn't go back up. Not knowing the area and it being on a Saturday, i searched for mobile mechiancs in the area and he was the first one to reply and was so professional and helpful. He met up with us a few hours later, was able to recognise the fault, suggest our next steps and do a temporary fix so we didn't have to endure a freezing trip home.
