Ben and his team are genuinely one of the best teams I have worked with. Having had many poor experiences in the past with trades people, I can honestly say Ben has restored my faith. Having been let down again last minute by another plumber, Ben was able to fit in plumbing in our new bathroom not only with a super quick turnaround, incredibly professional and tidy team but also very reasonably priced. I have already got Ben and his team booked in to replace our current temperamental boiler and have no doubt at all that they will do another brilliant job. Huge thank you to Ben and Mode plumbing and heating for being genuinely awesome humans that take huge pride in what they do and do a brilliant job doing it!

Ben and Mack have been nothing short of perfect tradesmen. The attention to detail, knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, quality of work and general dealings with both of them has been refreshing. Especially as I have dealt with many other home improvement trades in the recent past. They have installed two bathrooms and a WC from removing the old bathrooms to the precise finish of pipe covers to hide a tiny bit of copper that nobody would even notice. They are currently replacing all the radiators in my home and so far, so good! I would highly recommend Mode Plumbing and Heating, you're in safe hands. I will add pictures soon.

Had Ben and the lads in for a full central heating refit and I was hugely impressed by the standard of workmanship as well as their punctuality, cleanliness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect - they also showed fantastic knowledge of different products available and provided the service at great value in comparison to other quotes I received. I then had the lads in for a full bathroom installation, again they showed a precise attention to detail and maintained great communication with me throughout the whole process. The finished product looks amazing and I honestly could not recommend enough!! Cheers lads

I used Mode for a whole new installation at my house bathrooms, kitchen, radiators, waste and a new boiler. Every bit of work they done for me was unmatched to any plumber I’ve used before the work is excellent very neat and tidy no mess left around the house everything left as found. They’re very well mannered and a pleasure to be around. The prices were more than reasonable and they arrived everyday on time they were very punctual. All in all I’d recommend these lads to anyone I will certainly use them again and again. Cheers for the work Mode everything is much appreciated.

Ben, Mac and team have now done 2 bathrooms for us and have been professional, polite, tidy and great to have on site both times. They always had alternative solutions when there were any issues. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.
