We needed an over-bath shower unit replaced fairly urgently. Perry arrived promptly to survey my requirements and make useful suggestions. The fittings were non-standard, but Perry was able to source a replacement unit that would fit, meaning that the job was not too intrusive. The work was then carried out on time and at the quoted price, and was done to a high standard. We haven't had any problems with the replacement unit. Also very friendly service. Would certainly recommend and would use again.

Fantastic service from Perry. Would highly recommend. We have used Perry for boiler services for a couple of years and the odd plumbing issue also. Perry is quick to respond and very easy to work with.

It is really hard to find reliable professionals these days and we are so happy we found Perry Moore. It wasn’t a big job but Perry was quick to respond and did the job to perfection. A very friendly team which is always a plus:) Will definitely use his service again!

We had a new central system installed with them, but the whole thing felt really rushed and not cared of. Not surprisingly we had several issues after the installation, 2 of them were major leaks. When we had the second leak, Perry didn't even respond to my emails or phone calls, I had to get another plumber to fix it. Apart from the problems, their workmanship was really bad, and as a result of that our system has a poor overall performance. Edit: I rang you a few times and then left an audio message, as well as emailing you 3 times between 9th and 28th of July, but received no response at all. This was because of the second leak we had, after you came back to do “corrective” work because you didn’t use the material you quoted me (and got paid) for in the first place, and used an inappropriate one. This caused more inconvenience and problems which I accommodated on my end. You also gave me wrong information about the tape and I have written proof of all of this, but I’m not willing to take discussion any further since we finally have a “working” heating system with the help of other plumbers at extra cost. We picked you based on good reviews, so people should know that we had a bad experience and would not recommend your business.

From the start, came across open and friendly. Explained everything clearly on choosing the right boiler for us.prompt response with the quote and organising date for installation. Day of installation the team were efficient, friendly and professional. Everything ran to schedule.They left the house cleaner than before they started. We look forward to a warmer house and lower energy bills. Would highly reccommend
