Our adult son who has complex needs has been a resident at Moorville since 2015. We are delighted with the standard of care provided and have no complaints or concerns whatsoever. The staff at Moorville are excellent and are committed to providing our son with the very best of care. The Staff and Management go above and beyond what is expected. We have regular contact with the Staff and Management team at Moorville. We can fully recommend Moorville as a residential care provider.

Moorville have provided a superlative service in the care of our son who has behaviour that challenges. The management are always open to parents suggestions concerning individual care arrangements. Our son has made exceptional progress during his stay with Moorville. He has a good care team and they deserve credit for always trying new ideas to help alleviate his anxieties. We are happy with the services Moorville provide and their transparent approach. They are an exemplary care organisation.

Absolutely wonderful management and carers who set the standard of how other care homes should be delivering person-centred and needs-focussed care. My brother has been a resident here since 2019 at which time his health was suffering from being overweight due to being allowed to develop unhealthy eating habits at his previous home. Staff at Moorville have worked tirelessly to develop behaviour management strategies that work and my brother is looking and most importantly feeling better than he has in years. Everyone who works here from the top down is always open to feedback and I'm amazed at how quickly they put suggestions into place. My brother is a changed man, his eyes sparkle, and he is positively glowing with contentment. Moorville is very much a family home and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to place their loved one somewhere where they can be reassured they will receive outstanding care.

I speak from personal opinion when I state that Moorville residential essentially sets the standard for other care and support companies to aim for. Whilst working in the field for over 20 years I have come across many levels of differing standards and it is fair to say Moorville Residential have got it right on all counts. Every aspect of person centered planning is adhered to and strived to reach. The people who reside there are valued and respected. Every aspect of service is intrinsically applied from the 'second to none' beautiful accommodation and grounds to the positive 'can do' approach from the teams. The principals of this company shine out and stand out.
