If you're expecting food and/or drink from the cafe (I know, how dare I) , don't bother going. Went in for a simple bacon bap and a coffee this morning. No coffee machines are working in the cafe. I was told to go and grab one from the machine by the lunch area and whilst I'm there, grab a bacon bap too. Went there, got coffee, no sugar, no stirrers, no lids, no napkins and no bacon baps. Then went back to the cafe to ask if it wasn't too much trouble to give me some sugar, a stirrer and a lid. All they had was the sugar. Then asked for my bacon bap, in which the lady replied would you like sauce. I asked for ketchup and guess what..... yup, they didn't have that either. All in all, I'd have had a better experience going literally anywhere else but here.

Great to see a supermarket with a fresh fishmonger, Butcher, deli and freshly cooked food. We'll done Morrisons.

I asked a member of staff for help and they ignored me. When she did acknowledged me she seemed fed up. She was only collecting baskets. When I asked her the she gave me the wrong information. Then 2 additional staff had to help just to deal with something simple! This was a disappointing visit

Lots of good deals. The shop is quite tidy but today, for some reason, there were a lot of places which seemed to have water spills or leaks. I would say this didn't hinder too much and there were more than enough signs but it did make the shop look a bit of a mess and a sorry state. I had an issue at checkout and the cashier was lovely and the manager who assisted her was also very helpful, so very patient! Thank you.

Staff not trained and certainly not to clean and clear tables. Fish and chips greasy. Chips overcooked in direct contrast to anemic peas. No coffee available. I wonder where some could have been found? Idiots. Some morrisons are fine but this is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
