Major surgery on my car (turbo charger) resulted in a further problem that required my car being off the road until new part arrived. Motormasters lent me a car for all that time. Furthermore, they not only completed all repairs but wouldn’t charge me for the second problem. A couple of little niggles were sorted out after hours as I needed the car for work the whole week, I arrived at 6pm and things were sorted by 6:45 at no extra cost to me.
