Not once did he come up and ask if we needed any assistance. This looked very much like the same person who never got back to me a few years ago....after saying he would. Ashley was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy at all, allowed me to test drive car myself, got a fair part ex deal for my car and reasonable pcp deal on my SUV which I love.
