Gillhines5 StarMy kitchen tap started behaving like a fountain and I contacted MSA via the website and got two quotes back within an hour, one to repair the other to replace. The lovely plumber arrived on time and it was clear I needed to replace so he left me to go buy myself a new tap and returned two hours later to fix it. All sorted without a fuss, excellent price (didn’t charge extra for the double visit) and no mess and lovely conversation too. My new plumber! Heartily recommended.Tuesday 29th November 2022
David Moxon5 StarNeeded a plumber urgently on a Saturday to fix a leak under our sink. Mikey agreed to come around even though he hadn’t planned to work. Arrived quickly and fixed the leak promptly and efficiently. His prices were reasonable given it was the weekend. Fitting replacement mixer tap in kitchen and replacement water filter tap.
He was quick, efficient, tidy and friendly. Seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. His prices were reasonable and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and i would highly recommend him.Saturday 22nd October 2022
Liz Worthen5 StarI contacted MSA plumbing about repairing 2 leaking hoses on the shower booster pump. Mickey responded quickly to my call and came when he said he would. He completed the repairs quickly and thoroughly then checked that pump was working without any further leaks. He was friendly and courteous therefore I will use MSA again to do additional non-urgent plumbing repairs.Tuesday 22nd November 2022

He has always been keen, willing, efficient, timely, works cleanly, charges very reasonable rates, and moreover is a thoroughly pleasant and personable guy to have into your home - unlike some other surly, unreliable and expensive gits around here I have used before!
