My alarm system was installed by NSS about 15 years ago and recently it stopped working due to a fault in the system, I contacted the company and spoke with Vince, he sorted everything out in few days and amazingly there was no charge. The guys particularly vince, Jay, Sonal at this company are very professional, punctual, courteous and most importantly not money crazy. I can not praise them enough. I have recommended them to my family and friends and some of them who used this company, found them to be the same as me, a 5 star company. In my opinion this is a 10 star company.

NSS what a great bunch, Used them for many years for securing different types of buildings. Just done my alarm today for us and tbh there service reassured me today why we have used NSS for over a decade. Great Knowledge and unlike other organisation they actually listen to what you want and need, no upselling or anything like that which for me shows a level of honesty and not motivated on just making money. Installation was seamless, no mess everything left as it found, the system was explained throughly so all in all a great experience thank you all at NSS Customer for Life

Good service, always thinking what is best for you. The work is neat and clean. Have been using this company on 3 occasions and never experienced problems, at times needed advice and help with after service and have never been charge. Well worth spending extra few pounds!!!! Never question their job or quality off equipment use/supply.
