Highly recommended Would recommend New Form to anyone. Highly skilled, tidy, always punctual, reliable, friendly and easy to deal with. We have used their service a few times, both in our company and in our house and it was definitely value for money. They have installed and serviced our boiler and replaced our hot water system, plumbed our appliances, carried underfloor heating, serviced our gas installation, and much more. Well done New Form, we wouldn't consider ringing anyone else if we had plumbing issues!

Arthur and his merry band of plumbers did an excellent job of installing some designer radiators in my house, powerflushing & servicing the boiler. They even found some old pipework that was leaking under the floor & did a clean job of fixing it (see before and after picture of hallway, can you tell that carpet was relaid by a plumber!) They also made a very nice job of installing an expansion vessel for my whole house pump. You get what you pay for, and these folks were very professional and thorough. At all times Arthur came across as knowledgeable and offered reasonable solutions to my plumbing problems, rather than just pushing for the most expensive solution, he explained the different options & reason for his reccomendation, incorporating any modifications I requested. I have a technical mindset and having done some major rehaul to the pipework and plumbing at my house, I have acquired a good bit of experience with plumbers. I would not hesitate to reccomend this outfit.

New Form did a great job at fixing some of the 'plumbing' issues in my home - installing in a new mixer tap in the sink and shower hose and tap in the bath, and fixing a broken toilet, and we're on hand for any niggly plumbing issues. They also installed an incredible hard wood floor in the lounge and bedroom. They sourced a really good quality wood and I was really pleased with the work they did. Fast, reliable and friendly. Excellent work from Artur and his team. I requested their services to get a boiler replaced and set up an underfloor heating. Very professional from start to finish, knitted work and seamless finishing. I really enjoy walking around the house barefoot!!!
