Very highly recommended. Mark and Lawrence carried out a complete overhaul and upgrade of my central heating system including replacing all of the radiator valves, relocating some radiators, servicing the boiler and installing a NEST control system. The work was carried out very professionally to a high standard and with the minimum of damage and disruption to my property. They were friendly and helpful in giving me sound advice. I have booked them for my annual servicing.

Newtec Plumbing and Heating carried out the complete gut and refurb of our very old cottage heating and hot water system installing all new boiler, pipework and smart controls. They also completed the gut and refurb of our bathroom and ensuite working exceptionally well with all other trades throughout. Mark and his team have been professional and reliable and their workmanship is second to none. Mark has always gone the extra mile, he even helped me to install a very heavy mirror on a Sunday afternoon which was definitely not within his remit! We would massively recommend Newtec and would be happy to provide a reference if required. We have already booked Newtec for phase 2 of the project and look forward to working with Mark and his team again. 5 stars*****

Mark and Lawrence were very professional and punctual. Mark came out on a call out in the evening originally to check our boiler. He made sure it was safe until a new one could be installed. The installation was very quick as he managed to alter his work load to fit us in. Would definitely recommend them . All in all a very good job!

Newtec did a great job upgrading our entire heating system as part of a renovation. Replacing an old gravity fed 80s system with a Worcester system boiler, tank, shower, new rads and smart TRVs all round. Top quality work, flexible to changing requirements and a fair price would highly recommend.

Mark and Lawrence did an excellent job of replacing my old boiler with a new combi one and I would have no hesitation in recommending Newtec. Mark was one of four quotes I arranged through the WB website and only three turned up. One quote was twice the price of the others which ruled them out straight away and Mark's was the most reasonable. In addition, two key factors swung my decision to choose Newtec, firstly, of the three plumbers who visited, Mark was the only one to ask if I planned to continue using my airing cupboard as such once the hot water tank had been removed, and if so, he could put a small radiator in there to maintain the warmth of the tank; secondly, I had a few questions based on the final quote and Mark was really prompt in replying and did not patronise me in the response (given my limited knowledge etc.). Regarding the actual work, Mark outlined the plan for the two day job and true to his word, it all went according to that plan. Both arrived on time and the first job was to put carpet protector down and this set the scene for the tidiness of both Mark and Lawrence and the last job of both days was cleaning up after themselves. Furthermore, they even did a few extra jobs in preparation for a bit of a kitchen make over. Mark is a very personable person and clearly takes pride in his work, and Lawrence appears to be in good hands as his apprentice. The next time I need a plumber, Mark will be the go to person and those posh Fox's biscuits he's keen on will be in the cupboard.
