I had an issue with power to my boiler. Paul answered the phone on a Sunday evening and couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent him photos and he discussed it over the phone. Managed to solve the problem which was such a relief. Thankfully didn’t need to call him out, but the price quoted was also very reasonable. Really friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be my first port of call if I have any electrical issues in the future.

My property’s electric went off on a bank holiday Sunday and I was worried I would struggle to get someone out to come and fix it so called for an out of hours electrician to help. Luckily I got in touch with Mark who managed to talk me through the issue and managed to guide me through how to fix it over the phone! Mark was a massive help and a very friendly guy and I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thanks so much for the help! 5*

We have had on going issue with our how water supply for over a year as we have an electric boiler. Mark attended 3 appointments at the end of 2019 to assist us in finding out the problem, resulting in it being the responsibility of our electricity supplier and not one that he could fix. We have had to battle our supplier all the way to ombudsman, to which its soon to be resolved (hopefully). Mark has gone above and beyond in supporting us and taken hours writing up reports to supply us with evidence. I can not recommend him and Newton electric enough. He has been patient, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gone out of him way to assist us.
