The Reverend5 StarI have been with a few care companies but I have to say this is the best care company I have been with, they go above and beyond to make sure things are right, they help chase up appointments, and generally have a sense of humour, which always helps in the care profession. The care manager that covers my area is one of the best I have ever known. The new scheme they are now beginning to implement will only enhance a great company.Wednesday 18th May 2022
Julie Hassett5 StarI can only praise the carers provided by Nexus. We used them to care for our mother initially to help with her personal health care, then when she needed nursing at the 'end of life'. The service was truly compassionate and so caring not just for our mother but for us as a family.
So we had no doubt about who to use when dad started to need care a few months after mom passed away. Dad received first class care from day 1 and then after a severe stroke during the pandemic they took on dad's care following his discharge from hospital. They gave us peace of mind and respite. They cared about our loved ones like we did. Highly recommend.Monday 21st February 2022

Charlotte Baxter1 StarOffice staff are rude and aggressive on the telephone. They contact clients and leave missed calls and then verbally abuse clients when that call is returned. The service provision is inconsistent and the management is poor. Absolutely would not recommend.Friday 27th May 2022
Sara Lucas5 StarMy Clients have used Nexus for over 5 years. They have become part of the family for many of them as they don’t have any family left of their own. They provide outstanding care and are very competent at what they do with also being very competitive with their fees. The carers whether they be new to the Clients or existing or young or older all provide the care the deserve, even to the tiny details of preparing the food just the way they like it. They are a family run business too which ticks so many boxes. Please don’t hesitate if you are looking for an outstanding care provider. I would recommend them 100%.Thursday 28th January 2021
