I've just had my third annual boiler service with Nexus Plumbing and Heating and thought it was about time I left a review! Being able to book online through the website is a major plus, though I have also had very efficient and helpful communication with the company via phone and email too. Nigel is punctual, polite and professional, pricing is competitive and they give a loyalty discount for repeat boiler servicing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'll be booking in again this time next year!

I was very impressed with Nexus right from my first contact with them. They quickly got in touch with me to arrange a suitable service date and were great value. The service itself was very thorough with the engineer talking me through the service process and explaining what he found. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
