We’ve used Nick several times over the years for some fairly major jobs (new boiler, wet room installation and 2 bathroom refits), and always found him courteous, professional, and reasonably priced, taking great care with/pride in his workmanship.

I've recently had my boiler replaced along with new radiators but I've used Nick over the years for small and larger plumbing jobs. He's always accommodating, friendly and reasonably priced. Of all the plumbers I've used I've always had the best experiences with Nick and would happily recommend him to anyone in the Ely area.

Nick was so helpful when my heating brokedown at the weekend when it was very cold. He came out quickly, was very efficient and also very reasonably priced. Having fixed the problem, he then offered very helpful advice and support. His service is excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Contacted the guy on 2nd of August via his website in order to use power flush service for heating system he provides. Due to his low availability we scheduled appointment on 10th of September. During our email exchanges and via his website, I provided my details multiple time(phone, number, address and email obviously). Unfortunately on a day of my meeting the guy didn't showed up(when I in particular made an arrangements and obviously waited for him). His excuse was that he haven't got my address or phone number and he thought I might have made other arrangement. Bottom line unprofessional approach and appalling service.

I would highly recommend Nick to anyone requiring plumbing or heating services. I have used him for several jobs, both plumbing and heating related, since moving to my first home 2 years ago. The quality of care he shows and his workmanship is outstanding and I am grateful to have found someone so reliable in the area.
